New Hotel - Ilidza

It was a quiet hotel, I would like to go back there again. I had a very enjoyable stay at this hip new property. Everything was good and within 10 minutes' drive of Sarajevo airport. I liked reasonably spacious rooms. The staff was respectful and helpful, they blew my mind.

It has perfect location, next to the boulevard, and the airport. The room is exceptionally clean and essentials you need, including cable channels, a mini bar fridge and a writing table, is right there.

The room was clean with a great view of the city, and the bathroom was spacious with a nice walk-in shower.

The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are nice.

This new place is amazing and definitely lives up to its 4-star rating.

The staff here are very accommodating, and I highly recommend this place; it's a lovely property with a great location near the tram stop.

The staff were amazing, collected us from the airport, made us lunch box, provided water and free coffee, clean hotel.

Had a great stay in this hotel during my city trip. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even offered complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was amazing. the location was perfect, just a few minutes from the airport and the city center. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was also nice, with good amenities.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had many restaurants and stores nearby. The staff, especially Fatima, was very helpful and provided useful information during our city trip. The airport shuttle service offered by the hotel was cheaper than taking a taxi, which was a great advantage.

The bathroom had a bad smell and was not properly cleaned. The bedsheets had stains on them, which made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and transportation, making it easy to access the main attractions. the boulevard next to the hotel takes you to the center of the city quickly. the rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of dishes to choose from.

The check-out process can be time-consuming as the staff checks the room before finalizing.

The location of the hotel was also convenient, being very close to the airport and stores. the hotel facilities were great, offering me a comfortable and clean room with adequate soap and accessories provided. Lastly, the breakfast served every morning was great and helped me to start my day on a positive note.
